Our own Bakery, Bistro and Catering opened at the Palms, Woodstock

No “normal” business. It´s a place, where culinary excellence meets with social impact.

Some of our top graduates, young Chefs from earlier disadvantaged background, deliver these innovative services: Under the guidance of top baker, Togara, our artisanal Bakery delivers wonderful sour dough bread and pastries to likeminded  premium hospitality partners and for sale at the Bistro. The Bistro has become a favourite lunch spot in Woodstock, including take away and pre-order via App; it is as yet a hidden gem for tourists to experience local cooking and  personal contact with empowered young South Africans. Our Catering team is happy to host corporate and private events for up to 100 people with light, delicious food, drinks and service.
